CSA Flower Subscription
Terms & Conditions
This is a CSA Membership agreement between MoonBee Flower Farm LLC and you, the subscriber.

Terms
MoonBee Flower Farm’s flower subscription is set up as a CSA, Community Supported Agriculture, a farm business model in which subscribers purchase subscriptions in the late winter/early spring to help the Farm reduce the burden of up-front costs (such as flower bulbs, seeds, and growing supplies) before the season begins.
MoonBee Flower Farm will provide one (1) bouquet or flower bucket, depending on the item purchased, bi-weekly, for a total of six (6) bouquets or buckets to all its CSA members during the summer of 2025 growing season.
Payment
You understand that once you purchase a subscription, you have secured a spot in the MoonBee Flower Farm CSA current growing season.
Refunds
A CSA is about commitment to a local farmer and our commitment to you. There are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of your MoonBee Flower Farm CSA once purchased. Members may choose to find an alternate person to buy out the rest of the season’s subscription, and the subscription ownership will be transferred to the alternate person. The alternate person will pay the original purchaser directly. The original purchaser understands that they are responsible for informing MoonBee Flower Farm if such a transfer occurs. You may also donate your bouquets/buckets to a charity or organization of your choice.
Expectations
1. I agree to arrive at my pick-up location on time or give advanced notification if I am unable to do so. I also understand that the CSA has a tight schedule they must adhere to and that they are unable to wait past designated times.
2. If I am unable to pick-up at the designated time or I do not contact MoonBee Flower Farm to make alternate arrangements before my pick-up time, the flower bouquet or flower bucket will be forfeit as a result.
3. I understand that my arrangement is a living, breathing, and senescent entity - and that any vase life is not guaranteed on any material or the arrangement as a whole. (Information about caring for the flowers will be included at the beginning of the subscription.)
4. I understand that the bouquet or bucket will be composed of a variety of seasonally available materials and that no specific flowers or colors or varieties can be promised or guaranteed.
5. I understand that none of the arrangements or the materials therein is intended for edible or topical use. Although MoonBee Flower Farm uses sustainable growing methods and no harsh chemicals are sprayed on their flowers, I understand that the flowers themselves may be irritating or toxic or poisonous if ingested by humans or other animals, and I agree to hold MoonBee Flower Farm free of liability. If I have any questions, I will ask them as soon as possible.
6. If there is anything that is questionable I will give the CSA the opportunity to make it right by providing me with another available item at no cost to me. We will do our best to answer and address your questions.
7. I understand that by becoming a member I am sharing in the risk and rewards of the growing season. I realize there is an element of unpredictability with pests, disease, weather, acts of god and other unforeseen circumstances that may contribute or detract from the production of flowers, and I agree that my flower may be subject to these factors. In the event of a catastrophic farm failure, we will do our best to adapt to the situation but, unfortunately, there are no guarantees when it comes to farming.
8. I will automatically be added to our email list and I promise to stay subscribed to it for as long as I am a paying member of the CSA. It is very important to read the emails since we use it to communicate with you as a customer and to inform you of any changes or updates.
Start Date/ Pickup Locations/ Pickup Time
I understand that the start date of each Flower CSA share is flexible, based on seasonal conditions and product availability. I am aware that MoonBee Flower Farm will communicate via email to inform all members of updates and the official start date, and that it is my responsibility to contact MoonBee Flower Farm via email at moonbeefarm@gmail.com if I am not receiving notifications near the anticipated CSA start date.
Contact
The best way to get in contact with us is through phone at 734-358-3158 or email us at moonbeefarm@gmail.com. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
I have read all of the above and understand the membership agreement. I understand and agree to pay prior to and pick up my CSA flowers bi-weekly during the subscription duration. If I do not pick up my flowers on my designated day, I understand that it will not be held for a later date and I will be responsible for the cost. I understand that I am committed to the full length of the season and that my commitment is for the entire season. I have had the opportunity to read over the contract and ask any questions of the business prior to entering into this contract.
